adequate but with issues
inconvenient breakfast area unwelcoming attitude
the breakfast area was inconvenient it was too small and there was no waiting area. i also felt unwelcome because outside food was not allowed. a staff member spoke curtly when he told us we could not eat there it felt unpleasant.

i found the hotel very new and clean. charging points were conveniently placed on the bedside table. the availability of an iron and ironing board right in the room was a nice touch. i appreciate these amenities provided for a comfortable stay.

the hotel's proximity to shimbashi station is really convenient. ginza street is a short walk away, as is access to various metro lines. this location allowed easy exploration of the entire city.

i noticed the hotel offers environment conscious cleaning. you can even skip cleaning and receive a voucher. the multilingual staff also offer friendly service which is helpful for international travellers.

the rooms seemed bigger compared to other places i have stayed. full length windows offer a good view, and the showers are great. i found the smart bed to be a notable feature.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Ginza
station location spacious room strong water pressure adjustable bed
I found the location convenient, as it is near Shimbashi station. The room size for a single person was spacious. Water pressure in the shower was strong. I appreciated the electronically adjustable bed. It allowed me to adjust to a sitting position.
Even with a do not disturb sign, housekeeping entered my room. I prefer my space respected at all times, though the manager was understanding about it.

decent room perfect location special staff
room size are pretty decent. the gym has good equipment. the location was perfect, near shimbashi station. staff.
the mattress in my room felt a bit uncomfortable. the pillows also were not the best quality.
